Deb Duran is awesome. She helped me with a complex project getting a home of mine ready for sale. The multi month project involved drywall, molding, minor framing, DUST CONTAINMENT, door and window installation, yardwork, landscaping, decorative fence building, painting, cleaning, rearranging, junk hauling, tons of creative solutions to nagging problems, but mostly it involved tedious and detailed finish work. I am super OCD and she put up with my hoop jumping very well. She worked alone and as a team with me as well as other professionals including electricians, and real estate agents etc. She can be trusted with self-entry and exit, kids, pets, family member, you name it. She is kindhearted and a quality person and I am also proud to call her my friend. If you are OCD like me and have been putting off projects because the typical (scratched, dinged, banged, crooked, paint dripped, half-assed) cures are worse than the disease then Deb is your gal. Hope this string of recommendations makes her super busy cause she deserves it!

Hi, so I recently needed a job done and was in a bit of a rush as we had water damage and weren't going to submit an insurance claim. I had emailed several people and heard back right away from Deb Duran and she actually came over that night and brought a floor drying fan that she left so I could get a head start on the drying out process. She had great communication throughout and always answered my texts about materials and so forth. She installed the tile (difficult hex tile!) and it was beautiful! She talked me through the process (because I asked her to) and really did a great job! I don't normally write these reviews but felt inspired after such a positive experience. Especially after reading posts about contractors not responding or showing up for work. Give Deb a try and I don't think you will be disappointed!
